Refund Policy

This policy explains refund eligibility for CyberMadX digital products and advisory services.

Digital Products

• Digital products, templates, and Accelerator materials are generally non-refundable once accessed, unlocked, or downloaded.
• If a customer purchases by mistake or is unable to access the product, they may contact CyberMadX within 7 days of purchase to request a refund.
• CyberMadX may issue refunds at its sole discretion after reviewing each request.

Advisory and Consulting Services

Advisory and consulting engagements follow the payment, cancellation, and refund terms outlined in the applicable statement of work or written agreement between CyberMadX and the client.

How to Request a Refund

Send refund requests to billing@cybermadx.com with your order details and reason for the request. We review and respond within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We aim to resolve billing concerns quickly and fairly.
